Our office hours are 9 am
to 5 pm and we are conveniently located right next to Warringal Medical
Centre in the inner north-eastern Melbourne suburb of Heidelberg and
opposite the well-known Austin and Repatriation Medical Centre.
As a Specialist clinic, patients need referral from their General
Practitioner, family physician or other doctor to be eligible for a rebate
from Medicare.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment for registration
and to fill in a health questionnaire.

When you come for your appointment Remember to get the following :
Please bring all necessary information to your appointments. In
particular we need:
- Referral letter (if not already sent)
- All X-rays and scans (even very old ones)
- Details of previous treatment or surgery
- a list of medications and past medical problems
It is also very useful to have a think about the questions you would
like answered during our appointment. It is often useful to make a list
of questions or bring a friend or family member to the consultation.
To cancel an appointment:
Please call on 03 9459 6611 during office hours and let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can
give that time to another patient.
We understand that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time; however,
emergencies occur that cause schedule delays. We apologize in advance if we keep you waiting.
